My husband and I recently traveled to Seattle for the first time to visit our son. While there, we decided to take a wine tasting tour with Taylor Tasting Tours. Don did a fabulous job! Prior to our visit, Don reached out to us to ascertain what sort of experience we were looking for and what types of wines we enjoyed. He picked us up at our hotel and took us around to four different wineries in the surrounding area. His knowledge about the various grapes, wines, and regions is second to none! We learned quite a bit about the wineries and the wine making process. We spent as much time as we liked at each location and never felt rushed. In addition, he took us to a fabulous lunch with a picturesque view! I would not hesitate to recommend Don with Taylor Tasting Tours. We certainly plan on a repeat visit in the future! Don Ward is wonderful! His knowledge of wine and the local wineries is extraordinary and he is personal friends with many of the wine makers. He is a gentleman and a lot of fun to spend the day with exploring the wines of Seattle. We highly recommend him!

I cannot say enough good things about Don's service. I planned a surprise party for my wife's 40th bday; wanted her out of the house on a wine tour so I could prep without her knowing. Don facilitated an amazing private tour at William Grassie winery, he worked around the weird timing to pick her and friends up, and drop them off at the right time for the surprise. He gave her a special little gift of his own since it was her bday. He provided the ladies with a lot of excellent wine knowledge, and was just a warm and inviting individual. Highly recommend; two thumbs up; 5 stars; 10 out of 10, etc... You get the idea. 🙂

Don was a fantastic host and arranged some very personal experiences with owners and winemakers. We were with him for 2 days and it was a great introduction to the Washington wine scene. We would highly recommend him! He has great restaurant recommendations also.

Don provided an excellent tour. Picked us up at our condo on the waterfront. Very knowledgeable about the Woodinville wines and French and Italian wines. Don has been providing wine tours for many years in the area, and you can't go wrong in choosing him for your private wine tasting tour

Don and I collaborated on a 1/2 day custom tour for my wife's birthday weekend when we were visiting Seattle from our home in New Orleans. We stopped at lunch, 2 breweries, 1 winery, and 1 distillery. Don is great and has a vast amount of knowledge to share about all things spirits. It is also very cool to be whisked around Seattle in his Mercedes sedan as well. Just a word about being prepared on the day of your tour -- unlike tours we have been on in other cities in the US, the cost of everything at each stop is your responsibility. I was not aware of that fact, which may have been a misunderstanding on my part. So Don's fee does not include any drinks; or at least it did'nt on our tour. Be that as it may, when in Seattle you really need to meet Don and take a tour, so many great places to try drinks!

Don was great. Personalized the tour to our tastes and budget. Even took us on a quick tour of the beautiful Queen Anne neighborhood. All the wineries were first rate and the vinters friendly. Could not have asked for a better day.

My sister, son and I had the pleasure of touring with Don today. We are not wine oficienados, we just know what we like. Don took us to some great wineries. He introduced us to new flavors according to our preference profile. His knowledge is only matched by his enthusiasm for a great bottle.
